Nirogi Sathi एक एग्रीगेटर टेक्नोलॉजी प्लेटफॉर्म है। हम खुद मेडिकल सेवाएं या दवाएं नहीं बनाते/देते हैं। किसी भी आपातकालीन स्थिति (Emergency) में इस ऐप पर निर्भर न रहें और तुरंत नजदीकी अस्पताल जाएं।
Nirogi Sathi is an aggregator technology platform. We do not ourselves provide medical services or medicines. In any emergency, do not rely on this app. Go to the nearest hospital immediately.
ये सेवा शर्तें PURE CURE SKD HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED द्वारा संचालित Nirogi Sathi वेबसाइट और ऐप पर लागू हैं। खाता बनाते समय आप (1) सेवा शर्तें, (2) गोपनीयता नीति, और (3) B2B टाई-अप / सेवा कानूनी समझौते पढ़कर सहमत होते हैं।
These Terms of Service govern the Nirogi Sathi website and app. By creating an account you agree to (1) these Terms of Service, (2) the Privacy Policy, and (3) the B2B tie-up / service legal agreements.
1. एग्रीगेटर प्लेटफॉर्म / Technology aggregator
Nirogi Sathi एक टेक्नोलॉजी एग्रीगेटर है। हम स्वयं इलाज नहीं करते और दवा नहीं बनाते/बेचते। क्लिनिकल निर्णय सूचीबद्ध पेशेवर या संस्थान का होता है। / Nirogi Sathi is a technology aggregator. We do not ourselves provide medical treatment or manufacture medicines.
2. तीन कानूनी समझौते / Three legal agreements — B2B tie-up
(1) सेवा शर्तें / Terms of Service — यह दस्तावेज़।
(2) गोपनीयता नीति / Privacy Policy — डेटा कैसे इकट्ठा, एन्क्रिप्ट, उपयोग और मिटाया जाता है।
(3) B2B टाई-अप / सेवा कानूनी समझौते — कंपनी और सूचीबद्ध डॉक्टर, अस्पताल, लैब, फार्मेसी व अन्य प्रदाताओं के बीच अनुबंध। लिस्टिंग तभी दिखाई देती है जब यह B2B अनुबंध लागू हो।
(1) Terms of Service. (2) Privacy Policy. (3) B2B tie-up / service legal agreements between the company and listed doctors, hospitals, labs, pharmacies, and other providers. A listing exists only because that B2B contract is in place.
3. NABL / NABH / पंजीकृत पेशेवर / Who we list
हम केवल NMC / राज्य चिकित्सा परिषद में पंजीकृत डॉक्टर, पंजीकृत स्वास्थ्य पेशेवर, पंजीकृत फार्मेसी, और NABL मान्यता प्राप्त प्रयोगशालाएँ सूचीबद्ध करते हैं। अस्पताल NABH मान्यता / मान्यता प्राप्त गुणवत्ता मानक वाले ही सूचीबद्ध किए जाते हैं।
We list only NMC / State Medical Council registered doctors, registered health professionals, registered pharmacies, and NABL-accredited laboratories. Hospitals are listed only if they are NABH accredited or hold an equivalent recognised quality accreditation.
4. प्रतिबंधित दवाएँ / Restricted medicines
इस ऐप के माध्यम से Schedule X दवाएँ, अन्य प्रतिबंधित दवाएँ, जहरीली दवाएँ, और साइकोट्रोपिक / नारकोटिक पदार्थ बेचना या ऑर्डर करना सख्त मना है। Nirogi Sathi ऐसा ऑर्डर प्रोसेस नहीं करेगा।
Through this app we strictly restrict selling or ordering Schedule X medicines, other restricted medicines that cannot lawfully be supplied on this channel, poisonous medicines, and psychotropic / narcotic substances. Nirogi Sathi will not process such an order.
5. NMC टेलीमेडिसिन और ई-प्रिस्क्रिप्शन / NMC Telemedicine and e-prescriptions
पंजीकृत चिकित्सक Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 (NMC) का पालन करेंगे। यदि ई-प्रिस्क्रिप्शन चाहिए, तो डॉक्टर अपना डिजिटल / इलेक्ट्रॉनिक हस्ताक्षर और NMC / राज्य पंजीकरण संख्या जोड़ेंगे। प्लेटफॉर्म स्वयं दवा नहीं लिखता। / Registered practitioners must follow the NMC Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. If an e-prescription is required, the doctor must add their digital / electronic signature and registration number.
6. भुगतान, रद्द और रिफंड / Payment, cancellation and refund (Razorpay)
ऑनलाइन भुगतान Razorpay से लिया जाता है। अनुरोध जब तक “रद्द किया जा सकता है” दिखता है (आमतौर पर पुष्टि या दवा भेजने से पहले), आप रद्द कर सकते हैं। सफल रद्द पर राशि उसी भुगतान विधि पर सामान्यतः 5–10 कार्य दिवस में वापस होती है। परामर्श पूरा होने, दवा निकल जाने, या सैंपल ले लिए जाने के बाद शुल्क आमतौर पर वापस नहीं होता — सिवाय सेवा न मिलने, डबल भुगतान, या उपभोक्ता कानून के।
Online payments are collected through Razorpay. Cancel while the request is still cancellable (usually before confirmation or dispatch). A successful cancel before fulfilment is refunded to the original method through Razorpay, typically within 5–10 working days. After a consult is completed, medicine is dispatched, or a sample is collected, fees are generally non-refundable except for non-delivery, duplicate capture, or where consumer law requires a refund. 7. दायित्व की सीमा / Limitation of Liability
भारतीय कानून की अनुमति तक हम क्लिनिकल परिणाम, आपातकाल में देरी, स्वतंत्र पेशेवरों के कार्य, या अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं। किसी भुगतान बुकिंग पर हमारी कुल जिम्मेदारी उसी बुकिंग की राशि तक सीमित है। / To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for clinical outcomes or acts of independently registered professionals. Aggregate liability for a paid booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
8. प्रमाणन / Certifications
हम ISO 9001:2015 प्रमाणित हैं। हम अभी ISO 27001 प्रमाणित नहीं हैं। / We are ISO 9001:2015 certified. We are not ISO 27001 certified yet.
