Nirogi Sathi is an aggregator technology platform. We do not ourselves provide medical services or medicines. In any emergency, do not rely on this app. Go to the nearest hospital immediately.
यह Nirogi Sathi का सूचना-सुरक्षा कार्यक्रम है। हम ISO 9001:2015 प्रमाणित हैं। हम अभी ISO 27001, PCI DSS, या ABDM प्रमाणित नहीं हैं। इस पृष्ठ को प्रमाणपत्र न समझें।
This is Nirogi Sathi’s information-security programme. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified. We are not ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or ABDM certified yet. Do not treat this page as those certificates.
1. दायरा / Scope
हेल्थ लॉकर फ़ाइलें, लैब रिपोर्ट, बीमा दस्तावेज़, प्रोफ़ाइल फोटो, खाता डेटा और एडमिन डैशबोर्ड। / Health locker files, lab reports, insurance documents, profile photos, account data, and the admin dashboard.
2. तकनीकी सुरक्षा / Technical safeguards
रोगी फ़ाइलों पर AES-256-GCM, समर्पित PATIENT_FILES_KEY, निजी S3, साइन किए गए अनलॉक URL, फ़ाइल-एक्सेस लॉग (कम से कम एक वर्ष), हैश किए OTP, और HTTPS (SSL/TLS)। / AES-256-GCM on patient files, dedicated file key, private S3, signed unlock URLs, file-access logs, hashed OTPs, and HTTPS (SSL/TLS).
3. पहुँच / Access
मरीज केवल अपनी फ़ाइलें खोलते हैं। स्टाफ को डैशबोर्ड लॉगिन और MFA चाहिए। / Patients open only their files. Staff need a dashboard login and MFA.
4. घटनाएँ / Incidents
संदिग्ध उल्लंघन की सूचना तुरंत support@nirogisathi.com या Birender Dagar (+91 93133 94811) को दें। / Report suspected breaches to support@nirogisathi.com or Birender Dagar immediately.
5. अभी खुला / What is still open
स्वतंत्र VAPT, ISO 27001 ISMS ऑडिट, ABDM सैंडबॉक्स, और KMS/HSM कुंजी संरक्षण अभी पूरे नहीं हैं। जब तक ये नहीं हैं, हम इनका दावा नहीं करते। / Independent VAPT, ISO 27001, ABDM sandbox, and KMS/HSM key custody are not complete yet. We do not claim them.
