Nirogi Sathi एक एग्रीगेटर टेक्नोलॉजी प्लेटफॉर्म है। हम खुद मेडिकल सेवाएं या दवाएं नहीं बनाते/देते हैं। किसी भी आपातकालीन स्थिति (Emergency) में इस ऐप पर निर्भर न रहें और तुरंत नजदीकी अस्पताल जाएं।
Nirogi Sathi is an aggregator technology platform. We do not ourselves provide medical services or medicines. In any emergency, do not rely on this app. Go to the nearest hospital immediately.
Nirogi Sathi एन्क्रिप्टेड स्वास्थ्य फ़ाइलें रखने के लिए इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रोसेसर का उपयोग करता है। यह DPDP अधिनियम की लिखित सूची है। यह ISO 27001 प्रमाणपत्र नहीं है। हम ISO 9001:2015 प्रमाणित हैं; ISO 27001 अभी नहीं।
Nirogi Sathi uses infrastructure processors to store encrypted health files. This page is the written record required by the DPDP Act. It is not an ISO 27001 certificate. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified.
1. Amazon Web Services
Purpose: object storage for encrypted health-locker, lab-report, and insurance-policy files in region ap-south-1 (Mumbai). Data is AES-256-GCM encrypted in our application before upload, marked private, and server-side encrypted (SSE-S3). Catalog images and profile photos are not stored on this processor.
Contract: AWS Customer Agreement and Data Processing Addendum at aws.amazon.com/agreement and aws.amazon.com/compliance/data-privacy. Nirogi Sathi remains the Data Fiduciary. AWS is a Data Processor for those objects only.
2. What we do not send to AWS
MPIN हैश, OTP, एडमिन पासवर्ड और कैटलॉग चित्र हमारे एप्लिकेशन सर्वर पर रहते हैं। हम AWS को व्यक्तिगत डेटा नहीं बेचते। / MPIN hashes, OTPs, admin passwords, and catalog images stay on our application servers. We do not sell personal data to AWS.
3. Sub-processors
If we add another processor (SMS, email, analytics), we will name it here before it receives personal data, with purpose and region.
